because our fee(s) are NOT BASED UPON a 'percentage commission' that's indexed to the purchase-price. We provide the same level of service no matter the price of your home. This may not be the case with 'conventional' real estate agents.

And there's similarly NO GAIN TO US if you sell your home quickly, vs. your taking a longer period of time to accept a purchase offer on your home. Because our fee(s) and the respective efforts we extend on your behalf are LIKEWISE NOT BASED UPON any motivation to generate a 'quick commission' with the minimum effort required.

We have no personal agenda or incentive (like 'commission-based' real estate agents have) to pressure you towards ANY sale, at ANY price, within ANY allotted period-of time.

And it's precisely because of this fact that FRR is able to represent you BETTER and provide you with guidance-and-service that you can be ABSOLUTELY SURE is MORE OBJECTIVE and one-hundred-per-cent free from the influence of any outside factors or motivations.

You see, at FRR, we work more in the style of 'consultants,' and charge for our services accordingly. With a fee-based compensation-system that frees us from being dependent on any commission-driven motivations of personal gain. A 'traditional listing agent' is usually anxious to push ANY sale because of the commission they will instantly receive. At FRR, since we waive this commission, our motivations are clearly not the same.

We work alongside of you and on your behalf purely to provide the support, expertise, information, and representation that YOU deem you require. With YOU being the one who controls the whole process and who decides what you want to spend, based upon what YOU determine are your minimal-service or full-service needs.

And because it's YOU who directly compensates us (as opposed to a 'cut' received from any arbitrary sales transaction),  it's obviously YOU whose best-interests we will be committed to serve from the very first moment you begin to work with us!
