FLORIDA REBATE REALTY was established by realty
professionals who have been actively providing residential
real estate brokerage services to the public in the Boca Raton
area for the better part of a decade. We are licensed as a
real estate broker in the state of Florida, member of the
Multiple Listing Service, member of the Florida Association of
Realtors, and member of the National Association of Realtors.
The company is
owned and administered by individuals who not only bring
traditional real estate brokerage experience and expertise to
the table, but who also have extensive professional
backgrounds in international banking, finance, and
marketing—and who hold MBA degrees and Florida mortgage-broker
licenses as well.
It was in
response to the company’s principals’ continued recognition of
the inherent arbitrariness of the current ‘fixed-rate,
commission-based’ real estate brokerage-system that led to the
establishment of FRR.
The objective
was to offer buyers and sellers of homes an ‘alternative system’ through which their purchase and sales
objectives could be accomplished:

commission-compensation has so little ‘quantifiable bearing’
on the actual services received by you, the client.
