And we offer
this support precisely because of the fact once this decision to
‘sell on your own’ is made,
many sellers of
‘FSBO’ (‘For Sale By Owner’) properties often all-too-quickly
discover two
distress-inducing pieces of information:

first is that the task they’ve undertaken can indeed prove to be
more daunting and challenging than originally anticipated.
· The
second discovery is that in the process of having made the
