Notwithstanding the many incontrovertible advantages that sellers can certainly derive from dealing with real estate agents to help build awareness of their home’s availability and to locate an optimal purchaser, there are some sellers who remain fully-committed to selling on their own.

At FRR, we respect this decision and will NEVER attempt to pressure you into changing it, nor at all try to influence you to going the ‘listing-agent route.’ On the contrary, we are available to offer you any-and-all the support you may require to maximize the success of the independent efforts you are currently planning to take re: the sale of your home.

And we offer this support precisely because of the fact once this decision to ‘sell on your own’ is made, many sellers of ‘FSBO’ (‘For Sale By Owner’) properties often all-too-quickly discover two distress-inducing pieces of information:

·     The first is that the task they’ve undertaken can indeed prove to be more daunting and challenging than originally anticipated.

·     The second discovery is that in the process of having made the decision to ‘go it alone,’ the FSBO sellers often find that they’ve simultaneously eclipsed themselves from ready-access to the specific professional guidance-and-expertise that ONLY a professional licensed real estate broker is really in a position to offer! Guidance and expertise that can often prove to be invaluable.

But finding yourself ‘definitively eclipsed’ from such wealth of broker ‘experience-and-counsel’ WILL always BE the case with a FSBO seller who would try and seek the aid of a realtor other than FRR. And that’s because the particular range of realtor knowledge-and-aid that the FSBO seller often discovers they need is usually made available ONLY to sellers who ‘list’ with the realtor. That is, to sellers who’ve correspondingly pre-committed themselves to paying the realtor a hefty sales-commission in exchange for access to the sales-expertise and related realtor services that are provided in concert with a ‘listing/commission’ agreement—but which ‘separately’ are NOT available-offerings from any ‘conventional’ real estate agency.

These ‘consultant-style’ services that we offer range from aid in setting the best asking price for your home and preparing it for showings, to setting sales-strategies and extending marketing counsel, to supplying assistance with negotiations and contracts, to providing help with the required seller disclosures and aid with the closing. FSBO sellers have time and again found that  although they’ve chosen to handle most of the tasks involved in selling a home on their own, a little help from FRR has been of immeasurable value in helping them avoid the many potential pitfalls that often crop-up when selling a home, and to ensuring the smoothest sales transaction possible.

The particular services which we offer to our FSBO ‘NON-LISTING’ clients (as well as to our ‘listing’ ones) are individually itemized and charged-for ‘a la carte style’ on a per-service basis.
