Why contract a ‘traditional’ agent

of consultant and representation services to home sellers. When
you sign on with us, we immediately waive the 'listing commission' to
which we would normally be entitled as your agent, and alternatively
work with you by offering our consultant/representation services on an individual, 'fee
per-service’ basis
or via
significantly discounted ‘Service-Packages.’
Many clients find that choosing a ‘package’ from us is not only 'cost
effective,' but is also the most
expeditious way to ensure that a more complete range of their needs
will be fully-covered
from the outset—and
that they will in-turn be availing themselves of the maximum range
of expertise-and-objectivity that we’re uniquely able to offer.
At present we offer THREE different service ‘packages.’ Each is
tailored to a respectively different type of client (and to the
respectively different extent-of-work in the ‘selling process’ that
you—our client—elect to undertake on your own).
Even if you choose not to list your home on the MLS and sell on your
own, we can still help you sell your home by providing only those
specific services you elect to have us perform.

The most important thing though to remember is that the ‘cost’ of any
FRR ‘Service Package’ (or, alternatively, the ‘cumulative cost’ of any
individual FRR ‘a la carte services’ that YOU group-together on your
own) will cost you far less OUT-OF-POCKET than paying the standard
3% listing commission. The listing agent fee is waived at the outset,
which is the equivalent of YOU, the seller, receiving a rebate of the
3% commission you would otherwise always pay to a 'traditional
agent.'
