In order to attain this ideal, we have led the way with our fee for service concept which is the equivalent of a home-seller receiving an INSTANT REBATE of the typical 3% listing commission. Instead of a one size fits all approach, we empower our clients and let them decide how much service they actually require which translates into more money in their pocket from the sale of their home. 

Florida Rebate Realty is a pioneer in bringing you this new way of doing business. In simple terms, we provide the same professional service, except we offer to perform these services for a fee, rather than an arbitrary commission.

This makes perfect sense. The work involved to list a four hundred thousand dollar home for sale on the MLS is essentially the same amount of work as listing an eight hundred thousand dollar home.

Why should the agent get paid a commission based on the price of the home if the work is essentially the same?
